What a concept!! We have noticed more and more ice cream boats showing up on local lakes. Most ice cream boats are pontoons that have a generator and freezer for the ice cream. They are decorated with advertisement logos and also play the familiar ice cream music you would hear from a regular ice cream truck.  We have seen the excitement on the children’s faces as they run toward their boat dock whenever they hear the music. There is nothing like a cold ice cream to beat the heat on a hot summer day. So remember to keep your ears open this summer for that familiar tune while relaxing at the lake.
