Marianna, Florida – located in Florida’s panhandle – is home to Florida Caverns State Park. This park offers tours of on-site dry air-filled caves, a unique experience. The Chipola River flows through this park making it ideal for canoeing, kayaking, boating, and fishing. Florida Caverns State Park offers kayak rentals and boasts a nine-hole golf course! Bring your horses, this state park offers stables to accommodate your horses while you’re not exploring the trails. Florida Caverns State Park has something for everyone.

Further south, in Sarasota, you will find Myakka River State Park. One of the largest and oldest, this Florida State Park provides a sanctuary for the abundance of wildlife found here. The Myakka River and two adjoining lakes allow for fishing, canoeing and kayaking. The park offers lake tours via the two largest airboats in the world. Trails and wildlife viewing areas provide for some of the best Florida wildlife viewing opportunities. Don’t miss out on this unique experience!

Where better to beat winter weather than Key West? Near Big Pine Key is Ohio Key, 75 acres of tropical paradise – also known as Sunshine Key RV Resort and Marina. Whether by boat or RV, this campground has a spot for you! Relaxing by the beach, fishing, or exploring tropical wildlife is available year round in the Florida Keys.

St. Augustine, America’s oldest city, is home to Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth. This Archaeological Park has many learning opportunities to offer the whole family.

The Florida Everglades offer wildlife viewing incomparable to anywhere else. An airboat is always on standby in the Everglades to bring the over two millions acres of wetland ecosystem closer to you. Some of the best bird watching and wildlife viewing can be found in the Everglades, but keep an eye on the alligators!

You can’t mention attractions in Florida and not mention Walt Disney World. This Florida theme park is made up of four actual theme parks and has been offering fun for the whole family for generations.
